We strive to process all orders in a timely manner, orders ship within 72 business hours. All orders ship from New Jersey, USA. Upon completion of your shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number to view its transit, via UPS.

In the situation where the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will be advising you about this and will provide you with a full refund. If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing a refund for the item(s) not in stock.


We are a highly rated company and offer hassle-free returns. Please contact us for a return label. Orders may be returned up to 7 days from the date you received the package for a full refund minus shipping cost (both ways). If you would like to return a product from your order, simply send the unopened product back to the following address, in its original sealed packaging.

You can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for Testers and Preowned bottles (if purchased). There may also be a restocking fee of up to 25% if bottle is not returned in its original packaging. Note that the shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless the error was on our part. We don't accept returns of Niche fragrances until and unless they are unopened and still sealed and never sprayed. We are not responsible for any reformulation changes from the Brands, which have resulted into change of scent, bottle and the packaging. If a refund is to be provided for reasons other than damage to the product, PerfumeOnline will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the refund and this amount will be deducted from your order amount.  We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee all products are 100% authentic.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless we shipped the wrong/damaged item.  

Any issue/damage/missing delivery with the product received should be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please be advised: The shipping timeline listed below are only estimations and do not include weekends, holidays or any other delays caused by the carrier company.

PerfumeOnline is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier company. To get an accurate timeline of your product, please track your shipment (which you will receive via email with your tracking information) or contact the carrier company directly. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have very little to no control over the package. Note that shipping fees are non- refundable and will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment.

If your package is returned by the carrier company after failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will provide you with a refund minus the shipping cost both ways once the package has been returned to us.  If you would like to change your shipping address after the package has been shipped out, you will be required to pay for the additional address change fee.

Please Note: All Canadian rural addresses and PO Box addresses will be auto-shipped via CanadaPost to optimize the travel time to you, regardless of the carrier selected at checkout.
